Our operational team are all independently mobile and self-managing. Each team member is able to agree directly with our clients and their families the appropriate level and times of support without the need to go through additional tiers of management.

Our 50 members of staff currently support over 130 clients.

The staff have been hand-picked based upon their passion for the service which Rays of Sunlight strives to provide and their personal warmth and friendliness toward those whom we support.

All of our staff are DBS checked, act in the strictest confidence and carry full liability insurance.

We have made a specific policy of introducing new staff who, having previously worked in a care home environment, have broad experience of supporting clients and their families who are living with Dementia, Alzheimers and Parkinsons. We are able to provide tailored support for those who struggle with independent living.
